So because some people might not be honest in their concern, we must assume all people are dishonest. Because some people do not have the best interests of our movement at hard, we must assume no-one does. Because some people do not bring criticisms from a place of legitimacy, we must consider all criticisms illegitimate.

If the movement cannot debate its own principles, it will fall to excess. A movement which attempts to prevent artistic mediums from progressing is not one I want to be a part of.
