Hello Adam, you wrote an interesting post, I agree with you on some points, but I must say that I also agree with a comment below that says that probably the problem is the culture. In the company I’m working, we’re using Scrum and developers are involved in the decisions, well actually developers opinion are vital because we share some improvements, and it makes a faster delivery of the products. But I think a problem with Scrum is that if you don’t deliver in the time estimated, you fail! And well everybody knows that bugs aren’t predictable and also the delayed in the testing stuck us. My question here is: do you think developers can make the scrum methodology works in this way? I mean to the fact that developers have the chance to make some modifications in the stories their going to work.
