Honored With The ‘Outstanding Leadership Award’ At The Health 2.0 Conference Dubai, 2022
April 1, 2022, Dubai, UAE — At the Health 2.0 Conference, held at the Intercontinental, Dubai Festival City, UAE, on March 23–25, 2022, Dror Chevion, CEO, Board Member & Co-Founder at Concenter BioPharma Ltd, was conferred the ‘Outstanding Leadership Award’ for his exceptional contributions to the healthcare sector.
Dror is a successful serial entrepreneur with over 30 years of global experience. Earlier in his career, he completed his BA in Economics and Business at the Hebrew University, Jerusalem, and then began working for the Israeli Ministry of Finance, Department of the Budget. He has held executive positions including VP Finance, VP Business Development, CEO, Managing Director, and Board Member. In addition, Mr. Chevion has served as Board Member in 2 publicly-traded companies on the Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange. Mr. Chevion has an MBA from a joint program by J. L. Kellogg School of Management and Tel-Aviv University.
In response to a question regarding his long-term aims and aspirations, he stated, “We want to finish clinical trials and then out-license our drug to a large pharma company and get approval from the regulator to start the sale of the drug.” When asked about winning the Outstanding Leadership Award, he said, “I think it is extraordinary, we deserve it, and the team has been working hard. As a startup company was always understaffed, everybody is working more than 100% of what they are supposed to do, so I think it’s very honorable and we are delighted to have received the prize.”
His candidacy and selection for the prestigious prize were based on his revolutionary work, significant projects, and dedication to fostering change in the healthcare sector.
