7. Supported Bridge Pose Over Crossed Bolsters

Take two bolsters and place them in such a manner over one another in a crisscross way, that they make a plus sign. Then lie down on the top bolster and slide off until your shoulders touch the ground. Then extend your legs straight. And open up the chest so that it spreads to the sides.
