This is a wonderful read — I’ve bookmarked it and will review again & again. For the last two months, I’ve been struggling with insomnia and poor eating habits (grabbing potato chips for dinner instead of taking the time to cook a real meal). That needs to change! I also appreciated the advice to focus on one or two areas of interest, as I’ve felt super overwhelmed lately with all of the bad news that keeps flooding my newsfeed and inbox day after day.
