So many people are in such a hurry these days and they don’t slow down to enjoy things and appreciate the immense beauty around them.. they don’t listen and they don’t pay attention.

This poem is really about such a simple act of appreciation and respect, listening to to someone’s needs, paying attention to the response. A show of devotion, an act of reverence.

Honestly, what could be a more natural inclination than to want to kiss your lover from head to toe? No giver, no taker, absolutely fulfilling for both.

So simple.. I wish more people got it. Thank you, Shari, for getting it, and thank you for the kind words. :)
