I’ve been working on writing about some parts of my life that I’ve never tried to describe or even look back at, stuff I’ve never really told anyone about. When it starts to affect me enough that I’m feeling what I felt then, I try to stop and let the pressure out through poetry. I didn’t realize I would need to as often as I have lately.
