Well, I haven’t had an conversation with you before and I’ve kind of wanted to. Not about anything specific, just the conversation itself. I couldn’t imagine I had anything to say that would be of interest, though, but coffee… I have some definite opinions on the stuff :)

I’m the same way about cream. I envy people who just drink it black, but while I love the flavor, the bitter edge is a lot less pleasant to me than with cream, especially since, as with you, I like it strong. If I didn’t have cream I’d eventually want the coffee enough to drink it without. Otherwise the smell would drive me nuts.

Bob can be my uncle as long as he brings chai. :) I bet I could make some fantastic chai in my crockpot. Oh, yes, this will happen. Do you ever use black pepper in yours?
