My personal preference used to be scattered, covered, and topped. Haven’t been to one in years, though.

Basically any real national health initiative would involve the immediate shut down of all Waffle Houses. The cholesterol level of the entire southeastern US would plummet. Pfizer and AstraZeneca would go bankrupt. A small army of short order cooks would return to county jail.
