You got that right. I’m paying over $200 a month and just barely keep it at 80f inside. I had to change a headlight bulb, brake light, belt, and car stereo yesterday. I’m sure I could have wrung a 7-Eleven big gulp of sweat out of my shirt.

But yeah, writing poetry, even when I know it’s just blatantly real, offers some barrier. My momentary lapse of reason in writing completely unshielded on here left me feeling like being publicly naked in front of a crowd.
