You’re going to find yourself saying it a lot more :) You’re very talented and people see that. I think I’ve acknowledged nearly every comment left for me, but it gets hard and, man, someone leaves you that comment out of a genuine (almost always positive around here) desire to tell you they appreciate you.
But it gets hard and you can’t personalize a paragraph each time, there’s just no way. I know how you feel about “thank you” I feel the exact same, but sometimes it’s what you have and you just have to mean it. :)
