Thanks so much mate! I actually woke in the middle of the night with the idea for the blog and punched it out straight away in the morning, as it’s so fresh in my mind as I’m grappling with this at the moment as in reality I can build a system that means we would never actually speak to customers and automate the entire thing, but what I’ve discovered is that the trust and relationships we are building are as critical as the product and as long as we continue to treat our customers with that respect they will remain loyal to our business.
