These are weight loss tips, based on my private experience! READ BELOW!

Tips To Lose Weight! — 2022 RESOLUTION!

You have to go on Calorie Deficit! I know that this one is basic knowledge but I’ll explain more!

“One lb of body fat contains about 3,500 calories. For a person to lose 1 lb of fat in a week, they would need a deficit of 3,500 calories, or 500 calories per day, over that time.”

  • The first tip would be.. Calculate how many calories you eat per day, and take 500 out of that amount! So you can start your calorie deficit journey!
  • I’d recommend trying to keep around 1300 calories per day (This is the healthy way)
  • Drink a lot of water 💧! Have one big glass of water in the morning, before breakfast, that will fasten your metabolism and help your digestive system, making your body retain less fat as you eat!
  • Exercise!! You don’t really neeeeed to! BUT it will add to your weight loss progress for sure!
  • Try to at least do 15 minutes fast-paced walk every day
  • Lastly.. Try to get a good amount of SLEEP! A lack of sleep increases the appetite, your body will feel weak and you will eat more so you can stay awake and function well during the day! Try to get a full 8 hours of sleep! If you can’t do that, do your best to at least reach 6 hours of sleep every night!
