To borrow your phrase, not throwing rocks, but there’s a flaw in this label. People of conscience can still legitimately disagree about the demands of conscience, especially in politics. Can’t claim “conscience” for just one political outlook. Although you and I would probably agree that some candidates are bereft of conscience altogether.
