Have you ever tried cold sales? Doing something like telemarketing or selling lottery tickets for your sports team etc.?

Then you know it’s real hard.

And the NO’s you get aren’t always polite -no, thank you. Sometimes they are way harsh, like, “I hope you get hit by a bus.”

Be brave

Successful sales still require a certain amount of bravery. Regardless if your communication is online or face to face in a professional environment. You will be scrutinized or at least feel like it.

Occasionally some people will try to bully you. Those are best to ignore. Let undeserved crap float away like water under the bridge.

Never self-pity.

Sales is a skill you learn with a lot of practice.
