01. Tadasana

Tadasana Yoga

This pose helps you to stand like a mountain. Stand on heels separately and hang your both hand beside the chest. Slowly lift and extend your toes and balls your feet. Balance and hold your body weight on your feet. You can try it by standing against wall initially.

02. Downward Dog

Begin this pose on all fours with the hand directly below shoulders, the knee below hills.

Walk on all fours a few inches forward and backwards and extend fingers wide, force mat by palms.

Twist toes under, slowly press hips toward ceiling, move your body into the v shape, and pressing shoulder away from ears.

Hold all process for 3–4 minutes.

03. Worrier

Worrier Yoga Pose

Stand on legs, each leg 3 to 4 feet away from each other out 90 degrees and left foot in slightly.

Bring your hands to your hips and relax your shoulder, and spread arms out to the sides, palms down.

Curve one knee 90 degrees, keeping knee over ankle; gap out over the right hand. Stay for one minute. Switch sides and repeat.

04. Downward Facing Dog Pose

Downward Facing Dog Pose stretches hamstrings, torso and lengthens the spine, provide additional blood flow to the head. It will make you feel energized. Slowly sit on your feet, spread arms forward on the mat and lower your hand. Let your head freely and tighten your waist.
