So simple to put it that way, but that’s not the practical truth.

So a regulator’s inquiry is about Kraken has to prove that no New Yorker is using Kraken. That’s not information that you have at hand. It’s a very complex question that needs a lot of work before you can “prove” no New Yorker is using the exchange.

This is what I don’t like about your post. Moreover, why has regulator inquiries have to be ignorant, rude? I will tell you: It is bullying, and bullying is cowardice. Let me explain:

If you are walking near your house and you see some dog owner let their dog shit near someone else’s driveway without cleaning it up. Would you respond if this was some small geeky guy? Probably. Would you respond if it was clearly some bad-ass motorclub cyclist? Probably not.

My point is: The regulators are bullying since they are big and powerful.
