The really great thing that I have noticed and maybe you can comment on whether it’s had this effect on you as well is that you come to be at peace with yourself more. That sounds somewhat esoteric but I’m serious. if every little word out of the mouth of someone we dislike is able to move us off our centre, it’s a pretty awful existence. So to stay at peace we would either have to log off and go meditate in a cave, or manage our intake of data and judge each issue on its merits rather than based on the tribe or race of the person speaking.
