In my case, every week, from Tuesday to Saturday, I keep adding points to whatever I want to write about in a notepad. Every Sunday evening, I open my laptop at 7 PM and start typing. The Pre-game routine is adding the notes every Tuesday to Saturday. I don’t judge the quality of what I add. I just keep adding whatever comes to my mind in relevance to what I want to write.

I love it. Great way of keeping track of things. You can’t expect to remember the ideas that pop up in your head during the week when you sit down to write.

Not judging the quality of what you add is excellent. You never know what can turn into something, or what can be discarded.
