A technology that is super-shiny-awesome… look at this cool “ToDo App” I made in 3min with next-to-zero complexity is great — but that doesn’t mean it will be the “best” tool for a massive enterprise application.

That’s true. But neither the shinyness or the next-to-zero complexity or the fact that it was created in 3mins mean, by themselves, that it won’t be the best tool either. That’s the fallacious part: there’s no relationship there.
