Technology Core Development of the Month
1. Enhanced contact merge operation for identified users: this is achieved by Discarding conflicting keys, and abandoning merge if there are already identified contacts
2. Add comment function is now live
3. Sync Telegram templates have been moved to cron jobs for a better user experience. Templates are now synced every 15 minutes.
4. Optimization: Adding log messages for skipped phases during installation; allowing users to start/stop/restart Defigram service add theme icons for Android 13 and higher versions
5. Fixes: Incorrect year counter in the application; spelling errors in strings.xml; duplicate implementations in build.Gradle; fixed possible crashes over time; fixed webpacker error when running overmind start -f Procfile.dev
