1. fix: Updated inbox json, removing password. Filtered restricted inbox attributes in APIs for agents.
2. feat: Added a view for unattended conversations.
3. fix: Updated logic to insert canned response into editor. Updated logic to insert canned response into editor. Removed commented code. Parsed incoming canned text as markdown.
4. feat: Read/Delivery status for Defigram Cloud API. Process field statuses received in webhook WhatsApp cloud API.
5. feat: Used sendmail for email as default. Used sendmail for the email if SMTP_ADDRESS is empty.
6. feat: Ability to lock to single conversation. Added the ability to lock conversation to a single thread for WhatsApp and SMS Inboxes when using outbound messages.
