Introduction to who I am

Hi Neighbour!

Birthday at age 7, got this sick shirt

I'm Hieu, the 17 year old (18 in 2016) student studying his first year in programming based in Melbourne, Australia that wishes to pursue software development and navigation. So far I haven’t achieved much in my current life but I hope that changes in the next decade.

Here’s what 17 year old me was doing in recent years

  • Failed miserably in Year 11 and was required to drop-out or repeat. I chose the decision to leave and I am now left with Year 10 qualification. (Date: 2010 — 2014)
  • Dropped out mid-semester to later complete Cert II in CGEA based in Chisholm TAFE (Date: 2014–2014)
  • Pursued Cert III in IT & Digital Media based in Moorabbin TAFE, second-semester and failed by a four key blocks (Date: 2015–2015)
  • Attempted the Stock Market at age 17, got some luck and made a small emergency fund contained in BitGold. (Date: August 2015 — December 2015)

By January 2016, I stopped everything and is currently now waiting for my Cert IV course to commence in February 15th.

The decisions I made at age 16 weren't too smart, but I will try my best to make better decisions for the future. I will achieve better things this year.

This year, I am will be goal-orientated compared to previous years. I hope to touch up on all of these by the end of December 31.

  • To complete Cert IV Programming with zero days missed.
  • To attempt a start-up business or start working on the key elements
  • To work on myself, includes exercising, finding a motive again, less junk food, lounging around, gaming, learn how to properly use a knife and fork (etiquette) and to fix my posture; neck and shoulder appearance
  • To write a detailed post for every special occasion that happens. (Pass my Learners Driving Test etc)
  • To stop my addiction that forever taints my appearance, biting my nails.
  • To gain more confidence in terms of public speaking
