Okay but there’s an immediate problem with this; our experience is always changing. Sometimes entirely outside our volition. I can sit in meditation (for example) and experience a flurry of different emotions in a 30 minute period. I could go exercise and during exercise have experiences ranging from pride to sheer pain and exhaustion. The root causes of such minute (but important) changes are too difficult to individuate and call ‘drugs’ by this definition.
