Hoo Smart Chain: How to swap (exchange) tokens between different CEXs or chains?
Dear HSC community,
If you have used BSC or Heco before, you must understand why USDT on BSC is different from that on ETH. Binance issues and maintains the BSC version of USDT; same case with Hoo Smart Chain(HSC)
So if you want to swap (exchange) tokens on HSC, you need to do the following preparatory steps.
First, we need to create a HSC account. Then, we need to exchange (swap) our tokens to HSC tokens. To complete this action, we need to use Hoo Exchange to deposit and withdraw our tokens.
Assuming you have $MOF tokens in Okex, please follow the steps below:
Step 1
Register on Hoo Exchange, use deposit and withdraw functions, and convert your assets into HSC assets.
Tips: you can click [Me]-[Settings] to change your preferred language and price unit.
Step 2
Use $MOF as an example, copy $MOF address on Hoo Exchange, remember to select ERC20 network. Now go back to your Okex app and withdraw your ERC20 $MOF tokens by pasting the address you just copied from Hoo Exchange.
After that your $MOF tokens are going to show up in the spot section on Hoo Exchange in the next few minutes.
Step 3
Next, we need to transfer our $MOF tokens from Hoo Exchange to HSC.
In withdraw section, We select the HSC network and paste your HyperPay wallet address on HSC.
Put in the amount of $MOF you want to withdraw and click “Withdraw”.
There is no transaction fee when you withdraw any kind of tokens on Hoo Exchange. A few minutes later, you will see your $MOF tokens show in your HSC/HyperPay wallet.
Friendly reminder: if this is your first time swapping tokens from one cryptocurrency to another, it might be a good idea to transfer a small amount before transferring a bigger amount of tokens.

Step 4
$Hoo is the platform token on Hoo Exchange, it is also used as gas on HSC.
There are many benefits to hold $Hoo on Hoo Exchange, including lower transaction fees and higher commission when you invite friends to trade on Hoo exchange.
On the other hand, each time you transfer tokens on Hoo Smart Chain(HSC), your need $Hoo to pay the gas fee.
So please make sure you always have at least 1–2 $Hoo handy so that you are always ready to transfer tokens to exchange when you want.
Do not worry, the gas fee on HSC is very cheap, 1–2 $Hoo is enough.
