Explanation to the Rights:
Mining Right: The ZVC token gained through Hoo Power fundraise are seen as the mining right, which will all be used for the ZVC Genesis Miners Plan.
Refund Right: The TZVC token gained through Hoo Power fundraise are seen as the refund right, which will be exercised when the Genesis Miners Plan is over.
Details of the Two Rights:
Mining Right: Users will participate in the 9-month Genesis Mining Plan after they obtained the mining right. The estimated monthly output would be 19% to 27%, and the 9-month output would be 175% to 250%. Investors will receive the tradable ZVC every day as their mining rewards.
Refund Right: Users can exercise their refund right in 9 month when the Genesis Miners Plan is over. 70% of the fundraising will be refunded to them if they hold ZVC and TZVC tokens, which means that they will receive 0.21 USDT for each 1 ZVC + 1 TZVC. Only those who participated the fundraise on Hoo Power are qualified to exercise their refund right. The exercise amount should be in accordance with the fundraising amount.
Example:
A user invested 300 USDT for 1000 ZVC. But he will not receive ZVC directly but will receive 1000 TXVC. In the 9 months after that, he will receive 1750 to 2500 ZVC as a mining reward ( 5% of the mining output will be deducted as a maintenance fee).
