non scientists need conspicuous results or proof, when you have those science is smooth sailing, no one questions the nuclear bomb, science lit the way, but the results are not so good, and polio vaccine and malaria cure, results galore. But theories of evolution, climate change with the fever pitched sales job, it’s not connecting.

when science seems rushed or frankly political, or other wise corrupted, people see that, people may not know science, but they people, and it breeds distrust. We see who finances science, and scientists while at work have their code, but that code gets challenged when the even the best of scientists need to earn a paycheck.

I tried to say when science does its thing in its own insular world, who gets it but you guys. You have to have the goods to bring stuff to the skeptical world.

Just calling it science truth and talking about the ancient Greeks, it’s just another sales pitch.
