Supergirl TV
Monday night at 8pm in the east Supergirl comes on, clearly a show not for my demographic, but I watch anyway, why? I don’t know, nothing else’s on, the usual. But, this is some good TV, sure, steeped in a bit of estrogen, but not so much as to get in the way of some story telling, some great CGI and frankly, some great acting skills, the hardest stuff to do is the absolute fantasy, but this cast is bringing the conviction and most important, the entertainment.
Better catch it now before CBS comes in and politicizes this hour, turns it into another relationship love clinic with some same sex stuff, and climate change hysteria, right now it’s rather intergalactic with alien conflicts fighting over the earth, it’s just great right now, but so was Person of Interest when it came on, independently produced, it came on with its own agenda but before it mysteriously and uncermoniously left the air it was validating the government 911 commission findings and narrative, which anyone who watched the show knows, that was a narrative they did not embrace.
Good TV is gettting harder to find, so tune it now. Anyway, it’s pretty painless to just ride it on CBS Monday night and watch Scorpion and NCIS LA too.
