the fasting idea is interesting, but the 16 hours idea, you can do that by eating a late lunch and calling it early dinner. I sort of do that everyday, as I realized that I was simply eating too much all the time. did it help me? I don’t know, it saves me money, it helps me with my weight, but do I feel better?

I agree with article, I live a lot like this. But people raising families and having to handle the social responsibilities that come from all that, well, I’m not too sure how this would work, but, you pick your moments I suppose.
