Introduction to the Hot Dog Game
When passing through the door….. Just kidding, this will not be an exact copy of Pizza Game, we are a fork but we tried to make the project with our touch while respecting the essence of the project that everyone liked! We hope you like it and good luck in the race to become the best seller of Hot Dogs!
What is the Hot Dog Game?
Hot Dog Game is an Avalanche on-chain game inspired by the famous Pizza Game, if you missed the Pizza Game, you’ll find as much fun and enjoyment here! To play the Hot Dog Game, you must purchase a Food Truck and stake it in the city. Food Trucks are ERC721 NFTs and produce $HOTDOG every minute when staked. Since $HOTDOG is an ERC20 token, it can be traded in popular exchanges like Trader Joe.
We chose Avalanche because there are a lot of amazing games, awesome people and is overall and incredibly efficient network to use.
Over time a player can purchase enhancements and upgrades from simple items such as Hot Dog Machine to more complex things like Events and much more! These upgrades increase the player’s rate of $HOTDOG production. The goal is simple : Make as much $HOTDOG as possible, collect more upgrades and Food Trucks, and dominate the Hot Dog industry!
Food Trucks
Food Trucks are ERC721 NFTs that can be minted for 1.5 AVAX each. When staked in the city, Food Trucks produce $HOTDOG every minute (1 HDPM) that you can claim and use to purchase more Food Trucks, upgrade your city or buy enhancements. As Food Trucks are NFTs, they can be traded on popular sites such as NFTrade and TofuNFT.
Generation 0 of Food Trucks have a maximum supply of 10,000. After all Gen0 are minted, Gen1 will be available to mint. You can mint Gen1 Food Trucks with $HOTDOG, the main in-game currency. All tokens from minting Gen1 will be burned.
When minting a Food Truck, there is a 10% chance that you will mint a Golden Food Truck and 1 % chance that you will mint a Diamond Food Truck.
Golden Food Trucks cook triple the amount of a Regular Food Truck.
Diamond Food Trucks cook double of the amount of a Golden Food Truck.
Tokenomics
Hot Dog Truck
You can earn $HOTDOG by staking your Food Trucks in the city.
Initially, you can only stake a maximum of 10 Food Trucks in the city. You will be able to use upgrades and enhancements in the city to have more Food Trucks.
When claiming $HOTDOG, 10% of it gets burned, and 10% is paid as a tax to the city.
You will be able to lower tax rates and earn tax rate from other sellers with upgrades and enhancements.
Food Truck Upgrades
If you want to make more $HOTDOG, you have two options: get more Food Trucks or buy upgrades for your Food Truck. Upgrades will help you make Hot Dogs more easily. Still, you can only have one upgrade per Food Truck staked in the city!
Food Trucks upgrades are also ERC721 NFT that can be traded in popular sites such as NFTrade and TofuNFT. All upgrades have limited supply and are bought using $HOTDOG and $JUICE. 98% of the minting cost is burned. 2% is used to further improve the $HOTDOG-$JUICE liquidity pair on Trader Joe.
The game will start with 4 upgrades and we will work to always bring more upgrades
First upgrade
Hot Dog Machine — No more making one sausage at a time! Scale it
Second upgrade
Seats for your customers! A popular food truck can’t let its customers eat standing up
Third upgrade
Permit for events! Now your Food Truck is allowed at popular events, it’s good that you have plenty of sausage and bread!
Fourth upgrade
Event sponsor — If you can attend events, why not make one? Avoid a 10% fee when collecting Hot Dogs. 3% of the collected fee will be split between people who have this upgrade
Employees and Tax
You can use your $HOTDOG to hire employees and help you sell even more Hot Dogs!. Whenever a player claims $HOTDOG in the Hot Dog Cart, 20% of it goes to the employees union as a flat tax. You can use $HOTDOG to make deals and lower this fee.
Suppose you want to fire your employee away (unstake $HOTDOG) from the Food Truck. In that case, you have two options: You can fire him without a deal and pay a large fee, or give him extra time at work and pay less fee, making sure you minimize your losses or do it in a hurry, paying more fees.
An employee will need 2 extra days on the job to be fired using the slow method, and 10% of it will be paid in fee to the union. If you don’t want to make a deal and fire him right away, 25% will be paid in union fee and 25% will be paid as compensation to the employee. Tokens paid as a fee will be burned.
Juice Factory
The Factory is where you can get $JUICE. To start earning $JUICE, you need to create a $HOTDOG-AVAX liquidity pair on Trader Joe and stake the LP tokens in the Juice Factory.
$JUICE
$JUICE is an ERC20 capped and deflationary token inspired by Pizza Game that complements the $HOTDOG token in the Hot Dog Game.
How will it work :
$JUICE has a maximum supply of 15,000,000 and it is divided in the following way:
$JUICE is deflationary, being burned when minting upgrades and improving your Food Truck.
A $HOTDOG-$JUICE liquidity pair will be added to Trader Joe. Out of all upgrades minting costs, 2% will be used to improve the $HOTDOG-$JUICE liquidity pair on Trader Joe.
Improving the city
The city can be improved using $JUICE. All cities start at level 1 and require a set amount of $JUICE to level up. Each level provides a skill point that can be spent on improving your hot dog production.
Each level requires more $JUICE, making it increasingly more difficult to get skill points. Skill points can be used to increase your HDPM, increase the number of Food Trucks staked, allow you to use certain upgrades, and more.
