Tony; Good points and a great topic! Two fold suggestion; first, research. We seldom use the best tools available to us. All you’ve mentioned is anecdotal observations, and that seems to be most folks operational mode. Your story should be based on deep understandings not off the cuff ideas. You don’t really know what’s goin’ on until you get down into the weeds.
