As with any job, continuous learning is an important part of staying at the top of the game and different people will want to brush up on different skills. That’s why HubSpot Ventures is excited to invest in Sales Impact Academy (SIA). SIA is a digital-first platform that provides world-class GTM educational content to professionals in sales, marketing, and success roles. SIA provides online courses that are modular and scalable, allowing busy professionals to learn on their own schedules. In the future, both business learners and individuals will have the benefit of accessing both live broadcast learning and on-demand content.
While spending time with SIA CEO and Co-Founder Paul Fifield, we learned that he’s passionate about helping sales teams get the education they need to continue delivering results. Half of the world’s industry professionals are selling business to business (B2B) and need structured educational material to effectively adapt to a constantly changing industry. If the shifts in the labor market have taught us anything, it’s that employees desire meaningful career growth and employers have an active role to play.
