Very excited to see what you do for islands!

A tangible example of this: We had a psych specialising in behavioural economics come present to us about 6 months ago. He shared how he worked with the state government to reduce late payment of parking fines (costing millions in paper and admin to send out each year). To fix this they added the line ‘7 out of 10 people pay their fines on time.’ This created a social pressure to pay the fine early and follow the group norm and ended up saving millions in admin and paper needing to be sent out each year. Often tying psychology to tangible outcomes can be difficult, but solid metrics are the best way to prove the value of a PIR :)
