With the few years I’ve spent with my company, we have released almost 5 products that were entirely new to the market. And while doing this, we never put the customer (Merchant or consumer) in mind.
We never really understood what the customer needed, everything was based on assumption and how we felt the customer would react to the product.
That’s why this point really hits home for me. A really nice piece. Thank You Ope.
