I completely agree that we should be able to record officers at anytime, but the problem is this catches them doing it, whereas most optimal solution would stop them before they did it. If police stations enforced body cameras more, maybe to the point of if you are found to have turned it off, or purposely broke it you might even get fired, then we would probably see the brutality rate and complaints go away much faster.
