US$1 MILLION NEW PARTNERSHIP SIGNED

We are please to announce the partnership between IAT and Mayflower Realty and Development Corporation.

The partnership will allow IAT to manage Mayflower’s existing project located at V.A. Rufino Corner Legaspi Street, Legaspi Village, Makati. We will be handling the existing tenants, renewal of tenancy, and also the sourcing of prospective new tenants.

Owned and managed by one of the most respectable family, the Vilar family, the project is located at the heart of the Central Business District and the company is also located in the vicinity at 853 Antonio Arnaiz Ave, Legaspi Village, Makati, Metro Manila.

The asset’s valuation is estimated at approximately US$1 million.
