We are please to announce the partnership between IAT and Asia Pines Philippines Inc.
The partnership will allow IAT to manage Asia Pines’s upcoming project consisting of 6 towers of high end condominium and a mall on the IAT platform. The project will eventually be listed on the IAT Platform for securing tenants for the developer. The project is estimated at approximately USD$100 million and the developer has no intention of selling any of the units. The entire project will be developed and leased out.
Asia Pines Philippines inc has been incorporated some 15 years ago with office at 37 banawe Street, Quezon City Philippines. The main focus of the company is develop real estate projects in Baguio city.
The company is headed by Mr. Peter Santos whom has been a rea estate developer in the Philippines for more than 35 years. He has build numerous projects both high end townhouses and Low end housing. Presently Asia pines is building a total of 150 units of low cost housing in Baguio to sell for the employees of the local municipal government there.
