We are please to announce the partnership between IAT and Pomelo Realty and Development Corporation.
The partnership will allow IAT to manage all Pomelo’s existing projects with the exception of 853 Antonio Arnaiz Ave. We will be handling the existing tenants, renewal of tenancy, and also the sourcing of prospective new tenants.
At the moment, we are waiting on Pomelo to advice on the details and status of the projects. Owned and managed by one of the most respectable family, the Vilar family, the asset’s valuation is estimated at approximately US$6 million.
