Four Reasons to Spend More Time Working in Low Fidelity

I completely agree. I’ve actually just recently finished a UX design program where I was first introduced to Sketch. Many years ago I graduated with a degree in visual communications where I got a foundation in Illustrator and Photoshop. Learning Sketch for high fidelity wireframes was a breath of fresh air with it’s ease of use right at the start of the program compared to what I had remembered from Adobe products. We also used Balsamiq for low fidelity wireframes which I also enjoyed. But ultimately the more I progressed thru the program designing additional projects I realized for the sake of time (and the pains you mention here) I couldn’t underestimate the value of my time with pen(cil) and paper. With that all in mind, I definitely appreciate this article.

What tool(s) do you use for your low fidelity — pen and paper?
