EMI Project On IDAX Foundation
EMI Project is a creative local project from Japan that refers to the EMI token issued by the EMI Foundation as well as the world’s first medical information processing and sharing platform driven by blockchain technology, offering borderless medical and health care payment service.
The EMI token is scheduled to have its IEO in a simple and user-friendly way on IDAX, while IDAX is a leading exchange platform known for its safety.
The Initial Exchange Offering (IEO) of the EMI token will be starting from 20:00(UTC+8) on May 20, 2019 on IDAX.
There will be 2 rounds of offering with a total number of 2.4 million EMI tokens available for the users of IDAX during the offering.

If management and processment of the medical big data could be realized by utilizing blockchain technology, then not only the data could be managed from smartphones and PCs, but also the users could facilitate everything from booking an appointment with a doctor to the payment of medical bills, while the blockchain technology driven platform provides diagnosis, prescriptions and medicines.
What’s more, the EMI foundation has partnered with EST corporation (Est Corporation), a leading healthcare information management company as its first partner. EST corporation is an information handling aggregator, holding more than 10 million medical data and has an established history of dealing with 160, 000 medical institutions. Furthermore, in the future, medical data from around 500 welfare facilities that cope with the problem of “low birth rate and aging society” that Japan is currently facing will be entrusted to be handled by EST corporation.
The EMI token is used as a medium for all economic activities performed on the EMI platform.
Naturally, settlement between users is possible, but we introduce EMI platform to medical institutions and realize medical settlement with EMI token.
We will begin introducing a payment system for medical institutions that do self-medical examinations and medical tourism, and we plan to actively support insurance treatment as soon as legal development is in place.
