The idea is as follows — promising ICO projects would be able to list their coins on IGT-CRYPTO exchange already in the process of ICO. The management team of the project will have the right to choose the date when to start trading their coins. During the preliminary listing period the tokens will be displayed on the platform, and the users will have the option to transfer them to their balance on the Exchange, but it would be possible to make trading operations with them only after the trades will officially start.
As there are still a lot of scam projects on the market new ICOs must find a way to offer the additional guarantees for the investor.
Preliminary listing would create the favorable investment conditions as it would be beneficial for the image and raise the levels of trust for the ICO projects.
