Margin Trading — is the practice of using funds borrowed from a broker to trade a financial asset.

The margin trading on IGT-CRYPTO is made possible thanks to the use of peer-to-peer lending which is a way of lending money to people who are not related to each other or in other words to “equal parties” without recourse to a traditional financial intermediary, for example, a bank or another conventional financial institution.

Traders are provided with third-party funding from other participants on the platform for tokens trading. Creditors will have the right to provide other users with their unused funds in trading transactions and to receive income accrued at the interest rate established by the company for the use of margin trading. When allowing the use of personal unused funds, if there is a necessity make an operation, the funds and the interest received for their use are automatically returned to the creditor, and credit obligations are transferred to another participant, thereby creating no difficulties in working with lending.

So this creates a mutual benefit for both lenders and traders as lenders provide loans to traders so they can invest in larger amounts of coins, and lenders profit from interest on the loans.

The advantage of leveraged trading is very clear — it allows the trader to open a position even if one doesn’t have any trading instruments, which significantly increases the trading opportunities for an experienced trader.

When using margin trading one must always remember about the risk management, as the chance to earn more increases, so does the risk to lose more.
