Sleeping patterns of engineers. How ‘normal’ is yours?

We all know that a healthy sleep is between 7 and 9 hours for adults but hardly any of us can manage to stay in bed for that long on a typical workday. Most people end up spending only about 5–6 hours of proper snooze time. Take a look at the sleeping patterns of most people in our industry!

This in no way intends to show how much you should be sleeping but only outlines how many hours other people spend on bed time. Some world-known creators used to sleep for only 2–4 hours per day but it doesn’t mean you should follow their path. Sleep isn’t for the weak, it is for the successful!
