Grad School: Week 10

Oh this week couldn’t have gotten any worse. Well, that’s a lie, it could have been worse. And I’m very glad for the act that it didn’t. I won’t go into details, I need to not be a hot mess today.

The big project this week was developing a new brand identity for a fictional toy company. On top of all the personal things I was dealing with this week, this presentation was stressing me out. I was also working 9 and 10 hour days all week, so the time I had to do my homework was greatly diminished. I’ve noticed that I need about 4 more hours in every day.

I’ve been working on editing photos for the wedding I shot a few weeks ago. I’ve already decided that I’m not going to take on any other side projects until grad school is over. I don’t have time to take on anything extra. But I think that if I manage time a little better, I can get it all accomplished.

Starting with keeping these stories short. I’m late on this one this week. I submitted my presentation at 10:40 last night. Assignments are due by midnight eastern time, so by 11 central. And by the time I was done, I needed to get of my computer, and spend time with my man who is being so patient with me and my mess. He’s truly the best.

One clap, two clap, three clap, forty?

By clapping more or less, you can signal to us which stories really stand out.
