Elon Musk Secretly Had Twins With Employee Shivon Zilis
Elon Musk, the world’s richest man, has secretly fathered twins with Shivon Zilis, an executive at the artificial intelligence company Neurolink. The 50-year-old Tesla and SpaceX CEO has now fathered nine children. However, Musk, who often complained about the decline in birth rates and worried that the situation would bring the collapse of civilization, had previously stated, “I’m doing my part on this issue.”

According to new court documents, Elon Musk had two children with Shivon Zilis, a senior executive at artificial intelligence company Neuralink, in 2021. The number of Musk’s known children has risen to 9. Five of them are with his first wife Justine Musk and two with singer Claire Boucher, known as Grimes.
Court documents obtained by Insider and published on Wednesday showed that Musk and Zilis filed a petition to change the names of their twin babies to “have their father’s last name, and include their mother’s last name as part of their middle name.”
The petition was filed in court in the state of Texas, where the babies were born, and approved by a judge. Zilis reportedly gave birth in November 2021, weeks before Musk and Boucher gave birth to their second child through a surrogate.

On the other hand, Zilis, 36, was born in Canada. Zilis studied economics and philosophy at Yale before working at IBM and later at Bloomberg Beta, a venture capital fund.
For five years, the young woman has worked as director of operations and special projects at Musk’s neurotechnology firm Neuralink, which aims to create human-machine interfaces.
Zilis is also considered a rising star in the world of artificial intelligence and was named one of Forbes’ 30 influential people under 30.
On the other hand, Musk has previously supported increasing the birth rate, claiming that “civilization will collapse” if people don’t have more children.
‘DOING MY PART’
“So, I’m doing my part,” he recently tweeted about the falling birth rate in the US.
On the other hand, one of Musk’s daughters recently applied to change her last name and legally disassociate herself from Musk, saying, “I don’t want to be connected to my biological father in any way.”
