Today's reading made me see that the natural human life and society has made the everyday man depressed, angry and sad. But as belivers, consciously living perpetually in joy, the high side, gives us an unfair energy which contradicts the societal norm.

This joy make us seem like a mad men who glory in tribulations.

The Joy of the Lord is our strength!.
