The Number One Reason Good Habits Don’t Last

Great read, thank you! I’m on Day 45 of my evening & morning routine and starting small is exactly how I got the ball rolling. In the 1–2 weeks leading up to Day 1 the only task I set for myself was to plug my phone in in the livingroom so I’d have to get out of bed in the morning. The next step was putting a glass of water right beside my phone so it would be easy to get hydrated first thing in the morning and feel more awake.

Here’s hoping I can stay humble and avoid overconfidence in the “willpower” I don’t really have… ;)
