Biz Stone this is so, absolutely dead spot on. Especially your observation that within the new world of conversational UX, lists of of links simply don’t work.
Even if you look at Google’s first attempt to deal with this, GBoard, it may work well for image results, but for actual webpage results, the card-based results shown start to fall down quickly when you aren’t sure what page you’re looking for to begin with. This is where I see Jelly really coming in to shine.
