Tesla Model 3 which was launched recently now have more than 3,50,000+ pre-orders & is going to make more than 15+ Billion Dollars in sale.

While the product in itself is amazing, it’s just not limited to its specs which contributed towards such an amazing numbers and figures, there is a small story behind it which is a bit deeper and much more interesting. The story of the growth sauce which Elon Musk used to launch his newest product. The sauce which created this unbelievable hype.

So let’s start the story…

It was Tesla’s launch event & as a surprise, for the first time there was a huge queue outside the Tesla store. A word & the specs of the car was yet to be announced but a thing that it is going to be cheap and affordable was already making noise.

“It is going to be cheap and affordable”

I myself haven’t taken Tesla for a ride but from the reviews, I have an idea that Tesla stands for Quality, luxury, and speed.

With this anticipation, a rough idea about how the new Model 3 is going to turn out and word that is going to be cheap, People gathered outside Tesla store to place an order for its newest car without even having any ounce of idea about the upcoming diamond from Tesla.

Now this is something which could only be achieved when people believe in your Brand.

Anyway, the launch event is in progress & Elon musk in his own cool style did something incredible.

“He offered a lot more with Model 3 than the world could have imagined”

& the result was obvious, the hype was created, the media was surprised and the people? The people from all over the world started running behind to get their hands on Model 3.

but wait…

We forgot to mention a mystery sauce. Before the launch event…

Tesla actually invited people who were going to get the first 100 cars. They were waiting to buy the car outside Tesla office in a queue. Day and night, they spent around 3 days there to get the car

This scene was captured & shared by some of the most influential people including the likes of Robert Scoble.

The line of influential people standing in the queue to buy a car about which they have absolutely no idea and posting snaps and videos on various networking platform. This does sound like one hell of publicity?

All these sauces (along with some more) combined together to produce something incredible in terms of numbers & saying that, I am pretty much sure that this is the first time a car company managed to generate 15+ Billion dollars in sale and 3,50,000 pre-orders in such a short period of time. Incredible, huh?

Well, Elon Musk indeed is a genius.
