Agreed a problem is Killer Robots and AI, but thats not the only problem about AI. When it becomes more intelligent than us, which is inevitable, the amount of effort being poured into it and thus being able to make better use of things like Big Data, then we will be accepting the recommendations that it makes.

In short it will be making decisions in our place. It will be making them in more and more spheres until eventually it is defacto ruling us. We are already far too dependent on machines that are pretty dumb are we so dumb that we are going to become dependent upon machines that are smarter than us? So far the answer appears to be yes. Is that desirable? I say IT IS NOT!!
